1) Knowing your priorities, and 2) Making tough choices

Debbie, self-help sections of bookstores are filled with titles to help you live a more balanced life.
Let me save you some reading. It comes down to this week's key point.
Though easy to state, these steps are not so simple to implement. Certainly you have a sense of what your priorities are, but perhaps it's been a while since you've actually written them down.
And the second step specifically says "tough choices" because they are difficult. If the decisions to live aligned with our priorities was a piece of cake, we wouldn't be living in the age of being overwhelmed.
But it's not a piece of cake. It's difficult, and there are no "
